Glenfield Capital is pleased to announce that 2017 was a record year of leasing activity across its Southeastern portfolio.
The Corners concluded 2017 with 38,999 square feet of new leases, expansions and renewals. Lincoln Property’s Matt Davis and George Gwaltney leased the 38,999 square feet.
Lakeside at Spalding Triangle leased 31,714 square feet through expansion and renewals which included FleetCor Technologies’ growth and long term commitment.
At 1441 Main, Glenfield Capital’s newest office acquisition, Colliers International leased 31,918 square feet through expansion and renewals, bringing the occupancy to its highest point in years.

Glenfield Capital also contributed over $2.25 million in capital across its portfolio for building improvements and tenant build outs.
