Duck Creek Technologies has expanded and committed long term to 1441 Main in Columbia, South Carolina. Duck Creek will grow onto the 14th floor of 1441 Main, bringing their total square footage in the building to approximately 30,000 square feet.
In conjunction with the Duck Creek buildout, Glenfield Capital will do a complete renovation of the 14th floor. Studio 2LR will design the common areas including elevator lobby, corridor and restrooms.
