Glenfield Capital has sold its office building located at 6465 East Johns Crossing to Onward Investors out of Minnesota.
After purchasing the 63% occupied asset in 2014 as part of a portfolio purchase, Glenfield Capital completed a best in class renovation of the lobby and common corridors, which resulted in increased tenant activity. The sale comes on the heels of strong leasing momentum taking the asset to 79% leased. Glenfield Capital acquired the 390,000 square foot LaSalle portfolio in 2014, which also included The Corners in Peachtree Corners.
Glenfield’s hands on approach is apparent throughout the portfolio with high tenant satisfaction and improved occupancy. Glenfield once again proved it’s a best in class owner and asset manager with the performance of the investment eclipsing projections.
