James Cate was a featured panelist today at Foltz Martin’s real estate panel – 2011: Is This the Right Time to Get Back into the Real Estate Market?

After the collective experience of the past 3 years, panelists discussed various aspects of real estate and the importance of timing investments in the current and upcoming climates.

Other panelists included Doug Foppe of Prominent Realty Group, Richard Kessler of The Kessler Collection, Marshall Martin of Foltz Martin, and Nelson Mills of Wells REIT II. Moderating the panel was Jeff Cunningham of Foltz Martin.
