279,805 Square Feet of Leasing and Brokerage Activity
Glenfield Capital is delighted to announce that 2018 was another record year of leasing activity. Led by the Lincoln Property team of Matt Davis and George Gwaltney as leasing agents, Glenfield signed 52,153 square feet of new leases, expansion and renewals at The Corners in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. New tenants included Barge Design Solutions, United States Tennis Association and SaasOptics. Barge Design Solutions is an engineering and architectural services firm that was ranked #182 on Engineering News-Record’s List of top 500 U.S. design firms. The not-for-profit organization USTA is the national governing body for tennis in the United States and comprises 700,000 members. SaasOptics, which relocated to The Corners at the end of 2018, is a B2B subscription management market leader. SaasOptics provides companies GAAP-compliant revenue reporting and optimized analytics for tracking key metrics.
One of the existing tenants, PSA Healthcare, increased in size by 250% and extended their term. PSA provides in-home pediatric and adult nursing services for medically fragile patients in 10 states.
Siemens renewed 121,409 square feet of space at Lakeside at Spalding Triangle in Peachtree Corners.
KNAPP Logistics purchased Glenfield’s 103,165-square-foot building on Barrett Park Drive in Kennesaw, less than two years after buying the 48,500-square-foot adjoining building. Their business growth trajectory indicated a need greater than the first building could provide.
