Glenfield Capital Announces Barge Design Relocating to The Corners

Glenfield Capital announced today that it has secured a new lease with Barge Design Solutions at The Corners office park. Matt Davis and George Gwaltney of Lincoln Property Company represented the landlord, Glenfield Capital.

Barge Design Solutions, Inc., a top U.S. engineering and architecture services firm, signed a new lease for 8,236 square feet in building 6525 at The Corners office park. Josh Gregory of Colliers represented the tenant.
