Glenfield Capital Announces Hiring of Colliers International to Manage its Atlanta Portfolio

Glenfield Capital has selected Colliers International to manage 550,000 square feet of Glenfield Capital’s current portfolio. The properties include The Corners, a four-building, 290,000 square foot office complex, and Lakeside at Spalding Triangle, a four-building, 260,000 square foot office complex in the Atlanta suburb of Peachtree Corners.  Lakeside at Spalding Triangle is currently 91% leased, while The Corners is 78% leased.

Colliers will provide a full range of real estate management services, including property management, building operations and maintenance, contract management, lease administration, property accounting and financial reporting.
