Glenfield Capital Renews Knapp Logistics Automation at 2124 Barrett Park Drive

Glenfield Capital, an Atlanta-based real estate investment company, today announced that KNAPP Logistics Automation has signed an extension at 2124 Barrett Park Drive in Kennesaw, Georgia. KNAPP, a worldwide leader in warehouse and distribution center automation, occupies 23,100 square-foot of this single story office building.

Glenfield Capital acquired the two buildings at 2120 & 2124 Barrett Park Drive containing 151,000 square feet in early 2012 and has maintained 100% occupancy during its ownership. KNAPP has been a tenant since 2005 and operates their North American headquarters out of this location.
