Glenfield Capital Sells The Corners

Glenfield Capital announced the sale of The Corners, a four-building office park comprising 290,924 square feet at 6025, 6075, 6525 and 6575 The Corners Parkway, to RealOp Investments, a South Carolina private equity firm.

Glenfield purchased The Corners in 2014 as part of a five-building portfolio acquisition in Peachtree Corners and Johns Creek. During its 5-plus years of ownership, Glenfield executed a best-in-class renovation of The Corners, including renovating all the buildings’ lobbies and installing new amenities throughout, including outdoor seating areas, a fitness center and a tenant lounge. As a result, The Corners won Building of the Year in 2017.
