Mary Anna Coles

The Assistant Controller for Glenfield Capital, Mary Anna brings with her a strong track record of detailed financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and leadership.

She most recently served as the accounting manager for Texas-based Stream Realty Partners, where she managed a team of senior property accountants and ensured the accurate, organized functioning of the department. Prior to joining Stream Realty Partners, she provided valuable financial insights and analysis at three real estate companies in Atlanta, Georgia: Crocker Partners, Colliers International, and RCG Ventures. As the accounting manager for Crocker Partners from July 2018 to July 2022, Mary Anna managed a team of property accountants, communicated her financial insights to executive management and internal investors, and helped interpret leases and other legal documents.

Mary Anna earned her Master of Business Administration at Western Governors University in December 2016, after receiving her Bachelor of Science in accounting from the same university in 2013. She is CompTIA certified, and is currently pursuing her CPA certification.
